“Young engineer was polite and informative throughout but more care would be advised as he did drill through bedroom ceiling and although he suspected he had he did not, until I pointed it out, advise me to check of his suspicions. Yes accidents do happen but this was a case of lack of care in our opinion. We also had to clean up after he left. He has remedied and filled the hole. Another issue which may be of concern to others is this company only accept BACS esp for the elderly and disabled who not all have online banking.”

I have also spoken to my engineer about the very negative feedback regards tidiness. As director of the company we try our very best to always make sure we leave everything as tidy as possible, I was also very shocked to read this score as this engineer has always scored a very positive 10 every time for being tidy. Im also sorry that when you tried to make the payment online with your online bank for whatever reason this did not work for you, so I advised you if you couldn’t make an online payment we was happy to wait for you to go to the bank to make a bacs payment . I would also like to make anybody else reading this that we accept the following payments of cash, cheque , online banking and PayPal.
