“The work the plumber did was good and his response was exceptional. However AHM Installations company is unhelpful and at best incompetent. The plumber has come out on multiple occasions in his own free time to try and address the issue but due to some of his private life issues it is difficult for him to do so. However, AHM Installations fail to send someone else when he is not available and when they come they arrive mis-informed and not only that will not touch another plumbers work due to them being self employed. AHM fail to understand that the contract I have is with them. Anne at the Maidstone branch has been the most helpful in this within AHM, in her absence or leave is when the communications, or lack there of, problems have occurred as well as scheduling. Head Office do not support their staff and I feel that isn’t acceptable as I am a customer of AHM.””

I must assure you that the fitter has been attending your property on instruction by AHM and not in his own time. On rare occasions or emergency situations we have the capacity to instruct another fitter to complete your bathroom to give you piece of mind the installation will be completed on time. Unfortunately we have discovered a manufacturing fault on your shower screen which is causing a leak and we will rectify this promptly under installation warranty.
