“Carried out and charged for a boiler repair. A few days later the fault was back. He came back out and decided it needed a couple of hundred pounds worth of further repair. A few days later the fault was back. This time he decided not to bother coming back to fix it, didn't respond to voicemail of texts. Seemed to wash his hands of the matter once he'd had the cash and I had to get someone else to come and repair it properly.”

We were called to the property where we found that the loop was left open and had been for some time. We closed the filling loop and recommended a chemical flush as the hot water didn’t work as there was a blockage caused by the filling loop being left open therefore adding fresh water to the system causing the rusting process. We were asked to come back and do the work privately. We added the chemicals and left for a week or so then went back and flushed the system. The hot water worked for a short time so we replaced the plate to plate and all seemed to be ok.
Sometime later we got a we got a text saying there was a fault, we left them a message several times but the customer did not call back but just kept texting. We texted them back to try and arrange a visit to resolve the problem but had no response. We pride ourselves on the work we undertake and the service we provide our customers as can be seen by our reviews.
