“Initial order for new front door and glazing panel not put through. After chasing them, it was ordered but when it arrived was not what we had specified- frosted glass not clear. Advised we could have clear glass so would reorder, then informed we couldn't so we kept the door. Once side glass panel installed, noticed multiple deep scratches so this had to be reordered- advised would be installed by them. Contacted them 2 weeks later to be told they were coming out that day, hadn't been contacted and informed at all. Explained complaint on the phone. On arrival, refused to install”

The front door was ordered by the customer’s installer. The door arrived with the wrong glass design but was accepted by the customer’s installer and installed. The scratch on the inside glass unit was found after installation and we ordered a replacement free of charge. It was delivered to the customer but not fitted as we are not window installers and are not insured to carry out glazing installations.
