“These guys spent two hours on the job and couldn't resolve the problem, even though I explained to them exactly what needed to be done. Also, the guy shouted at my dog. Not really a good ambassador for the business. Also, didn't turn up when they were supposed to on the Sunday, then turned up on Monday when I was out (having told the office I would be out). Told them to go away and got another trader out to do the job instead - pleasant chap sorted the problem super quick - funny what happens when you listen to the customer. Won't be endorsing this company for anything I'm afraid, sorry guys!”

Response from Aquablast Drain Services Ltd:
We received instruction from the insurance company on 11th November 2018, and called to book an appointment for 12th November. We attended site as arranged on 12th November 2018 to unblock the sink. The engineer arrived on site and the customer wasn’t home so we then rearranged the job to 13th November. We attended on 13th November 2018 and had to send a senior engineer to clear the blockage, however on arrival he was only given 5 minutes complete as the customer had to go out. Due to this we were unable to complete the job and were hoping to rearrange to attend the next day. Unfortunately, we were then advised by the insurance company that the job had been cancelled and we were unable to go back and complete the works that we had started.
We have discussed the matter with your dog with the three engineers who were on site. From our investigation, we believe that the dog was continuously jumping up at the engineers however they did not shout at the dog. All engineers are dog owners and understand dog behaviour.
