Leaking pipes – taps and toilets – Water loss increases the chances of damage to your property, unwanted loss of money and a waste of a valuable commodity.

Toilets and taps can be repaired or replaced in part or in full. Leaking pipes and source of water loss can be repaired, we can also check your water meter and recommend ways to reduce your water usage.

When calling us with an emergency we shall treat you as a ‘high priority’ and aim to be with you the same day.

We are fully qualified to design and install the most energy efficient heating and hot water system for your property and budget.

Making small changes to your existing system can result in big energy savings such as changing your radiator valves for thermostatically controlled valves (TRVs).

Or upgrading your heating Programmer to one that suits your lifestyle.

This is a method of removing sludge , rust, scale and debris from your heating system using water at high velocity. When done properly it will restore lost efficiency to your system ensuring you are making the most of your systems potential.

All gas appliances in a landlord owned property, which is rented out must be checked for gas safety every 12 months.

Our gas safety engineers will carry out the required safety checks on all the gas appliances and issue you with a “Landlord Gas Safety Record Form” (Certificate). This must be given to the tenant in the property and especially to new tenants before they are about to occupy any premises. Landlords must keep their copies for two years.

This is not a pass or fail certificate but one that records the state of the gas appliances and pipework.

If we find any defects, we will need the Landlord’s authorisation to do the remedial work so that we can record that remedial action has been taken and that the premises and the appliance are safe. Call today for a gas safety consultation
