Boiler Doctor 24/7 was established from a group of 3 engineers coming together with over 30 years of experience.
Deciding there was a great need for the public to be provided with a customer service-based plumbing and heating company, Boiler Doctor 24/7 was born.
The main aim was to supply a service based on a simple idea to only allow each engineer to have 3 jobs a day allowing for a great customer satisfaction-based company. To do this the rule of three was applied: three engineers, three jobs, and most importantly three main aims – AFFORDABILITY, QUALITY, and HONESTY. Today we still take great pride in our work and ethics, by keeping within these simple rules.
We aim to be able to give you a service driven company to make you the customer satisfied. We do not overload our engineers with work which allows each one to focus entirely on our customer’s needs.
