Boiler Doctor 24/7 was established from a group of 3 engineers coming together with over 30 years of experience.

Deciding there was a great need for the public to be provided with a customer service-based plumbing and heating company, Boiler Doctor 24/7 was born.

The main aim was to supply a service based on a simple idea to only allow each engineer to have 3 jobs a day allowing for a great customer satisfaction-based company. To do this the rule of three was applied: three engineers, three jobs, and most importantly three main aims – AFFORDABILITY, QUALITY, and HONESTY. Today we still take great pride in our work and ethics, by keeping within these simple rules.

We aim to be able to give you a service driven company to make you the customer satisfied. We do not overload our engineers with work which allows each one to focus entirely on our customer’s needs.

Choosing us is a step in the right direction as all our engineers are trained to the highest calibre and are:

  • Gas Safe registered

Our engineers have extensive commercial knowledge too, we have a great team able to assist all matter of problems.

Boiler Doctor 24/7 also has a three-stage approach to every job:

  • Contact customer to let them know our estimated time of arrival
  • Keep customer informed at all times of cost
  • Finalise and walk through job with customer

As you can see the good old saying “good things come in threes”, so let us make your plumbing our problem it’s what we’re here for.
