“This is not a complaint as such: Mr Hurst asked me to give feedback to you and here it is:
The main reason I would not recommend Mr Hurst is his attitude. I expected an "I'll find the leak and repair it for you" approach; whereas his was "Tell me what you want me to do. If that doesn't repair it, don't blame me". He was brusque, left the old value in the loft and couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. He gave the impression he wasn't keen to do the job, despite charging £160. To be fair, this was what he quoted; but had I known it would only take 30 mins, I would have got another quote.”

I'm flabbergasted.The last thing I asked was are you happy with my work? I was told yes, So I cannot understand this review.
If a customer complains, I would gladly give them their money back. But sadly in this case I cant because I have not been paid by this customer.
I check all my customers are happy with my workmanship before I request any payment.
Please take a look at all my other feedback from all my other happy customers.
