“The repair was passable in some areas, and quite good in another. The repair to the scratched bumpers was done with the wrong colour match of paint (ice white, instead of a creamy white), one area was left with a rough surface and white paint was sprayed onto black bumper - this was covered in black but it came off in a couple of days. As I was selling the vehicle, I didn't try to resolve the issue.”

I do apologise that you feel the work I carried out was not to your satisfaction. As both you and your partner looked at the vehicle and said you were very happy with the work, I had no idea of your dissatisfaction. I would have been more than happy to have returned and made an amendments to ensure you were happy with the result. I do pride myself on doing the best job I can and am very sorry that you were not happy with my work. If the car has not yet been sold, and you are in agreement, I will of course come and rectify any issues you feel there are.
