Cleaned all the outside of the cupboards and worktops. Cleaned the sink and taps until they looked new. Swept the floor and would have cleaned it but I said I would do that. Provided all her own equipment. My kitchen sparkled from top to bottom when she had finished. I expected the work to be many hours but Olena finished in just under 4 hours. Really pleased and will have no hesitation in using her company again.”

“Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleaner and as a result I contacted the cleaning service with feedback and I have had no response. The cleaner was very young, and attended on time. She only cleaned my bathroom thoroughly. She spent a large quantity of time in the bathroom. She erratically started cleaning all the rooms at once. I told her to finish one room at a time and not to begin the next one unless the other was complete. She did not listen. The remainder of the house was rushed and not cleaned well. My belongings were left strewn everywhere. Not replaced tidily back.”
