“Stud wall not waterproofed; tiles misaligned, grouting messy with air holes, shower tray creaking and bowing placed directly onto floorboards, silicone messy, shower recess shelf not tilted to allow water to escape, sink vanity unit not lined up with wall, plaster not allowed to dry nor sanded before painting, no mist/base coat applied to give sufficient adhesion to subsequent coats, metal trim showing through paint, tiles not flush to edge of shower, plywood floor fitted badly, water cascading outside house as old pipe left in, two radiators in bedrooms left without water”

Response from Complete Bathrooms :
Firstly, the bath was used before waste pipes where finished outside which the customer was made aware not to use. Radiators in bedroom only needed air releasing, which can happen when systems drained. As for painting told customer, not something we normally do, but got someone to paint walls, unfortunately not done properly (lesson Learnt). Spoke with customer regarding shower tray and vanity unit, told them would be rectified, which it was the following day. We also fixed some of the other issues regarding tile grouting. All issues were discussed with the customer and we felt the customer to put mildly is very picky, and a score of 1 for workmanship is totally ridiculous. Sometimes, very rarely, things can go wrong but it doesn't help when the customer kept changing their mind, my colleague did say ‘may be difficult’. When we last spoke with the customer about issues we agreed, once fixed, balance of invoice would be paid, heard nothing since 8th Nov and they have now requested no further contact to be made. I advertise you only pay on completion and pay no deposits, reason being, I’m confident on quality of our workmanship. In my opinion this was abused.
