“After booking Crystal, just windows cleaned, 2nd clean I had to ring, excuse given, I was left off the rota, 3rd clean, I had to ring again, they were on a break, vehicle in accident 2 staff off, 4th clean not happened as I have had enough as I had to ring again, but apparently its my fault and the rain. I started using the company at the beginning of November 2018 for a regular 6 weekly clean, I've had 3!”

We have tried to keep our services in order with your 6 week window cleaning cycle but unfortunately sometimes the great British weather can set us back on our cleaning rota’s, staff absences and our annually two week shutdown for our family holiday can set us back sometimes.
This is no way any fault of our customers when it comes to us being late on cleans but just wanted to express what can set us back sometimes.
We are a family run business and we do our best to keep everyone’s services up to date and are very sad that you wish to leave our services. If we can help you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can only apologise that you have felt that you have not had a 100% service from ourselves.
