Thanks for the review and apologies for how you feel but, we were entitled to withhold the warranties as you failed to pay us for the work completed. You did not call us to talk about your concerns, you simply emailed after we sent the invoice asking for the warranties and receipts; if you would have contacted us, we could have come up with a solution and rectified your issues. We have since emailed you the warranties and receipts for the shower and tap installed even though we have not been paid, hope to hear from you soon.
