“I selected this company as they are the nearest supplier of Cardale Garage Doors around 10 years ago and recently requested a standard service including the fitting of a brushstrip to the bottom of the door. Doors are good quality and still work perfectly. Fitters are pleasant however variable expertise. Office administration is disorganised and unreliable. Payment for all work required up front even when you may have to wait well over a month before they can get the work done. Communication between office and fitters lacking. Good quality doors, inconsistent workmanship, poor after care.”

I am sorry that the customers experience with our service department was below standard, we will look into our process and try to improve.
We have however always charged for our services in advance, this is discussed at the time of booking and is a choice. We service a lot of Doors annually and chasing the service payment after the service would be time consuming and costly, also payment up front guarantees that our clients are home when we arrive for the service. We are one of the few companies in our industry that offers a service, maintenance and repair option and we are always booked up at least a month in advance.
