It was the fact that they booked out the whole day (charged me a whole day, because they claimed they couldn't do another job ) but were consequently late because of another job. My job took 3hrs, but they refused to reduce price, and they left my floor covered in glue. When I questioned the price, it was my fault for not understanding apparently. I gave them every opportunity to offer me a gesture of good will but all I got was to be stood up 3 times when they trying to collect my money really. I will not be using them again.
