Trust Firmfix
Firmfix is a well established, family run business specialising in the manufacture and installation of quality PVCu products. We are an ISO 9001 registered company and hold five British Standard Kitemarks. We pride ourselves on being different to our competition.
Salary Paid Professional Sales Staff
Our sales staff are not paid a commission; they are salary paid which means that no pressure or sales tricks will be used to make a sale. They will not use dirty tactics against our competition as we believe our product and service speaks for itself.
Manufacture
At Firmfix, we manufacture our own PVCu windows and doors to stringent British Standards. Our experienced fully employed fabricators are NVQ level 2 trained producing quality frames time and time again.
Fitting
Again, unlike most of our competition, all of our fitters are NVQ level 2 trained. They also are salary paid and not paid a percentage of the contract value or so much per frame. This ensures that your job is fitted correctly and not rushed by money motivated fitters. Our highly experienced fitters are paid a monthly wage and Perfection Bonus to encourage quality fitting every time.
Service
All Firmfix products are guaranteed for 10 years. Should any remedial work need to be carried out, we have our own dedicated service engineer to help.
