“We paid £14,000 for a new tarmac driveway. It took 2 weeks. Prep work was good, but we were extremely disappointed with the final finish. The new tarmac driveway was left with dirty muddy marks from the roller all over it, which will always be there, &within the first week we were seeing signs of the new surface breaking up in small patches. We called the builder back, and he was reluctant to accept the poor condition, and called us 'nit picking'. He finally agreed to layer the drive with loose topping which he said would eventually wear in. It still looks a mess. Feel grossly overcharged.”

Response from Hampshire Driveways:
Very disappointed to see this review, which was submitted some months after completion, especially after returning several times to ensure this customer was totally happy and all seemed well on my final visit.
I did advise this customer to refrain from 3 point turning on the driveway, especially on the sloping area and so soon after completion, as this will create stress areas which can scuff the tarmac.
