“Felt totally pushed into having a tree taken down, charged more than the original quote, did not complete the job, did not tell the truth about the application for the TPO order, told me that it cost him 150, when the service is free of charge. When realised that we were be over charged, sent various emails asking for us to continue with work, borderline desperate, text un professional messages to myself had to ask partner to deal with. Totally un professional experience, would not like any vulnerable people to go through the experience.”

We were approached by the customer whilst working for one of our many regular customer’s trees next door. The customer asked me to give her my opinion on a dead Scott’s pine beside the main road. Between me and our local tree officer it was decided the tree was dangerous and needed to be felled. Our team undertook a very tricky job and completed it safely. The customer then tried to add other bits of work on which she didn’t want to pay for, I declined the offer. She then got very threatening towards me. I was warned by two neighbours I may have problems but thought I trusted her. Eventually I spoke to the customer’s husband who was extremely apologetic and I think slightly embarrassed by all of this. He was very nice and easy to work with and payment was sorted immediately. We hope our customers reading this will understand and look at the hundreds of happy customers. I personally am very upset to have a bad feedback. I do have pictures to show how professionally the tree was dismantled.
