The HQ of Home Response 360 Ltd is based in 3 Petre Court, Accrington, BB5 5HY we provide a 24-hour service to all of our customers. All of our engineers work from multiple locations and receive their work using our in house PDA system.  In total we have 80 in house engineers and a network of 3000 Contracted engineers. Our scheduling team ensure that work booked in is both efficient and achievable to ensure all work is carried out on the day.

All of our engineers are CRB checked before starting work. Engineers must have all relevant qualifications and these are kept on file. An initial assessment is carried out at a local assessment centre before induction to ensure the engineer is competent and meets the company's standards. 

Type of work undertaken ranges from servicing a boiler to installing a full central heating system. 

No job is too small; we are always on-hand to provide you with assistance.
