“Turned up 3 hours late. Original appointment was for 1 and turned up close to 4. Building was closing at 5 so all work needed to be completed by then. Asked them to send another person to help so we could move in time. They reluctantly agreed and someone turned up close to 5. At the end of the day they tried to charge me for an extra person despite the fact that it was only needed because they turned so late.”
