“The job involved installing a new boiler and replacing old radiators with new. Very neat outcome. The standard of workmanship is high. He sent back damaged stock because he wanted a good finish for us. The working area was tidied up at the end of the day and all the old items removed from the house. Important to me was he kept to his dates and times, advising me in advance of any changes. But more than that was the adhoc advice Ed shared.
