“The work carried out by Joe from JAB heating has really helped improve the water pressure. However Joe left a tool bag to prop open the front door to the block of flats. The bag contained a working blowtorch, and there are young children living in our block. We brought the torch inside our flat for safe keeping. We spoke to Joe on the day of the job, and he agreed to collect it that evening. We heard nothing further, then Joe turned up at the flat a week later, looking for his gear. He had sent an email the day prior to arriving at the flat, asking when he could collect the bag, but this went to the spam folder. He also apologised after via email after this feedback was posted.”

I am glad to hear that the work carried out resolved the problem of the water pressure. I have apologised to the customer about leaving my bag at the flats and thanked them for the safekeeping of the bag. The bag was used to keep the door open whilst I was unloading and as soon as I realised it was missing I e-mailed the customer. Having not received a response, I returned to collect it the next day. Unfortunately, the customer was not in. I aim to give 100% satisfaction and previous feedback indicates the quality of my workmanship and courtesy. I have apologised again to the customer about my oversight in leaving my bag and am sorry that the customer felt strongly enough about this to leave this review. However, I do not feel it accurately reflects the work carried out by JAB Heating.
