“Very poor workmanship. Always asking for money during the week. Their team were play fighting on my roof. Consequently, breaking roof tiles and repairing them with silicone. Untidy, left cement smears everywhere and I had to clean up where they had mixed cement. They rushed the job and demanded money before I had a chance to inspect their work. I would definitely not recommend this company, unless you want to be ripped off.”

This customer was a terrible customer to work for, the worst I have ever had in my time of running my own business. The customer mentions he was ripped off but the customer hasn't fully paid his bill for the 2 Jobs that were carried out, and wanted more work done but promised to pay for the first 2 jobs after his proposed 3rd job would be completed, this is not what we agreed. We was soon to realise this customer was only out to try and wriggle out of paying us for the work we had already completed. The roof tiles were broken by the customer continuously climbing on to the roof while works were being carried out, The customer was happy with the work until it was time to pay his bill this is when the trouble started with him. Me and my team endured patronising comments, but the customers ego fell short when his comments were challenged. There are times in business when you meet challenging people, this customer was this type of person and we have refused the customers 3rd job.
