“On completion, I asked if it was ok for me to come back to them if I noticed any snagging issues Adam assured me that was okay. The 1st time the bath was used my daughter heard a cracking noise, when she got out she called me to look at the back of the bath, where a strip had come away. I also noticed a fault with the flooring. On contacting this company, I was told in no uncertain terms that the flooring was acceptable and that I had left it too long to come back to them ref the bath. Bearing in mind this was the 1st time the bath had been used. Very poor service, will be pursuing this.”

We carried out the work for this customer following a recommendation. The customer provided a drawing of her requirements and we achieved the look the customer was after within the timeframe and budget agreed. The customer thanked us for work undertaken and happily paid the bill upon completion, then made no further contact for several weeks. We have tried to resolve this matter however the customer has unfortunately not been forthcoming with information. We have contacted both the supplier and manufacturer directly and have provided their comments to the customers, however the customer has stated this is not acceptable. We use the highest quality materials and suppliers to enable us to provide a high quality finish every time. On the rare occasion when a customer has a snag from the works carried out we are more than happy to return, discuss and rectify. We pride ourselves on our customer service and workmanship. Having carried out several bathroom refurbishments, always with the customers’ requirements and high standard of workmanship being at the forefront of all our work.
