“No concerns about quality of work/timekeeping. Overall, just not great with charging or general demeanor. He was clearly in a rush to get elsewhere and didn't realise the full job he had agreed to. Also, be warned, he charges by each task not by time. So a 10minute job was ridiculously overpriced and this wasn't made clear before starting. Was working in the house for under an hour but tasks were charged separately at a rate I'd expect for 2-3 hours work! A minor point but no thought to take shoes off on the carpet either. Overall, just not particularly friendly.”

Thank you for your the feedback comments. I am sorry to read that you are unhappy with the price - which had been agreed prior commencement of works. An additional task was carried out separately free of charge as the heated mirror that you supplied had a manufacturers fault and we had to wait for this to be addressed before the part could be re-fitted. I was unable to carry out works in the loft without footwear and I ensured my shoes were clean before walking in to the property. Once again thank you for your feedback and custom - I value all constructive criticism with the aim of continually improving my service. I pride myself on my workmanship and skill set with all works carried out as you can see from all my previous feedbacks.
