“20 minutes late on first appointment. We confirmed the part. Lee then bought the wrong part, so we agreed to order the correct one ourselves. Next visit Lee informed us he would again be 20 minutes late – 10 minutes later he informed us he would have to cancel and subsequently ignored follow up conversation. After my messages were clearly being ignored I rang Lee to ask when we could re-arrange the work, to which he replied with “oh no, I’ve already wasted 2 lots of petrol coming over” and hung up. Has not finished the job.”

Response from L.C. Plumbing Services:
Firstly these details are wrong, i was on time with the first appointment, early for the second. Then after agreeing the part via email and returning with the exact part i was told (after opening the box to fit the T bar shower mixer and was then unable to return at cost to myself because of the red button present on most models to allow the user to turn the thermostat above the restricted level). It was then agreed for the customer to buy their own shower mixer and for me to fit it. Out of common courtesy i always try to inform the customer if i am running late which i did. I was told that the customers partner could not wait an extra 20 minutes and i was stuck in traffic. Unfortunately google maps had told me i was going to be there bang on time then when i pressed start it changed to me being late so i set off and rang the customer.
