“I would not recommend this company. They agreed to fit a kitchen purchased elsewhere, which was done to an okay standard. They agreed to fit two appliances in to a tight space which subsequently turned out to create big problems. I heard leaking from the back of the machine and the electrics then tripped out. I called the company but no response. An electrician came out and informed me that the appliance was leaking and water was running on to a plug that was left on the floor when it should have been mounted on the wall, which is extremely dangerous, especially as I have a small child in the house. When I asked Matt to come and rectify this, he refused to look at the problem and as I have complained, he has refused to complete outstanding works I have paid in the region of £3000 for.”

Response from MB Kitchens & Bathrooms Limited:
Initial work was to fit a kitchen which the customer had brought, and part fitted badly. From the start items were missing, additional jobs added daily.
We encountered numerous electrical issues which were not part of the job but we worked on them and found solutions.
Customer was advised about the washing machine socket, and told this would be attended to on our return. It’s hard to return a call if no Voicemail is left. Every step of the way issues were advised and explained.
The kitchen was fitted as per the design supplied by customer. You can only make the kitchen look as good as the quality of the material and when you are fitting wood that has a foot bow in it, it's hard to achieve more than "okay standard"
Due to the additional work problems and requests any outstanding work was and had been charged for daily. We do not feel that the customer would be satisfied with any work which I carry out and therefore took the decision not to return.
We've never received a low score, if working 8am to 6pm daily is only an 8 then we would never please this customer.
