“Mike, fitted my new Baxi boiler 5 years ago and services it annually. I find him very knowledgeable and reliable. He has also helped me when I have phoned him with a problem I had with my central heating, he explained what he thought the problem might be, explained what to do and if not fixed to call him back. His diagnosis was correct and I fixed the problem myself saving on any call out charges. Mikes after service care is excellent, he even came out one Christmas Eve to diagnose a problem with my new boiler which has since resulted in Baxi changing the material that a part was made out of.”
