“This character by the name of Nick, spoke with a fake street/urban type accent and casually explained that, the leak was mainly due to the overflow pipe within the water tank being filled up with water, and there was no external overflow pipe to facilitate the water funnelling outside of the property. I'm not sure what he did to reduce the water overflow, but he manually handled parts within the tank, and the 'job' was finished within approximately 2 minutes. He then indicated that he would tell the company that the 'job' was no big deal. Subsequent to this call-out, I was billed £81.”
