Massey’s House Clearance and Moving services has been established for over 20 years and is run by Damian & his wife, Rebecca.

We offer a professional and respectable house clearance and moving service, and with Massey’s we go that extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction is our number one priority, ensuring your house clearance or move is as stress free as possible.

We never forget with some house clearances we are dealing with people’s loss, feelings & possessions that may hold sentimental & emotional memories and we pride ourselves to be very courteous & respectful.

We are fully committed to recycling. We provide an environmentally friendly service, recycling 90% of all house contents.

We support local charities as we are very conscious about recycling as much as possible back into the community, rather than just taking it straight to landfill.

Here at Massey’s we are always very fair as we don’t always charge on our clearances and will always take into account furniture or possessions that have a re-sale value.

If there is considerable re-sale value in the items to be cleared, such as antique furniture, collectables, works of art, or high value quality furniture, etc, we will make you an offer for the items ourselves or advise you on where / how to sell it.

If we buy items from you, the agreed price is offset against the costs for clearing any remaining items and the final price of the job is set. In some cases, we pay to do the job, in others we charge.

We have our own packing crates and boxes so we offer a free packing and bagging service of the entire property contents if this is of assistance and help.

Free sweep and vacuum, if required – we make sure the property is left clean and tidy after the clearance and the majority of our customers are very happy to take us up on our offer!

If you have items or possessions from the clearance you would like delivered to a property locally or further afield and are struggling transporting these, we are more than happy to do this for you as well.

Damian will personally attend every house clearance or removal to oversee that everything runs smoothly for you alongside his uniformed, fully trained staff.
