If you would like to save money, £240 per year on average (these figures are supplied by the Energy Saving Trust). This saving can be achieved by replacing their boiler. As NYPD HomeShield are a Worcester Bosch Gold Accredited Installer we can supply a new Worcester boiler with a full parts and labour Guarantee until 2027 (not just a manufacturer’s warranty) .

We also have 3 levels of cover, NYPD HomeShield - simplified the 3 levels are as follows; Bronze Shield Cover – Covers the boiler & internal boiler controls. Silver Shield Cover - Covers the boiler & internal boiler controls and the heating system. Gold Shield Cover - Covers the boiler & internal boiler controls, the heating system and the internal plumbing and drainage. All 3 levels of cover have the same great benefits; Annual boiler service including the landlords CP12 Safety Certificate if required Free Of Charge. All parts and labour are included for breakdowns Unlimited call-outs. No excess to pay for any call-outs – So you get fixed costs 24 hour a day emergency contact number We will deal directly with tenants if required - Great for Landlords.

Working across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, we give you timed appointments, to suit your schedule wherever possible. We don’t expect you to stay in for hours on end waiting for us: we offer you a specific time. If we’re running early or late, we’ll let you know. We believe it’s common courtesy.
