“After firm did end of tenancy clean - we needed the house to be cleaned again just a quick clean as people had been in - they turned up late and I had to chase - parts were not cleaned so came back - I had to pay within 7 days of when job completed 6 days 4 working days threatened with collections for a£30 invoice”

Customer booked 1-2 hours Clean however when cleaners arrived it was evident more time was required. The cleaners were 30 mins late unfortunately due to temporary motorway closure and customer was informed after 10 min delay. The customer booked the day before the clean and I explained they couldn’t go over 2 hrs as due to such late booking we were fully booked except this slot hence there was still more to do (customer only charged for time at property), customer called 6 days later, I decided as a good will gesture to go back the next morning and collect keys from agents, finish the clean and ensure with Estate agents inventory it was complete- free of charge. Unfortunately the customer then returned no emails, calls or texts after 4 days and the property was vacant and no payment had been received. We value customers feedback unfortunately with no communication, forwarding address or payment, a follow up email was essential.
