He identified one problem and told me he would look into the other problem when he could look under the felt. He gave me a fair price and came today. They kept me informed during all the stages of the work so I knew exactly what they were doing. Leaks are hard hard to pin down but they have done everything possible to rectify the problem. The team are polite, tidy and even did a couple of other small jobs without charge. I will certainly be using them again.”
