“Gutters cleaned, unable to clear 1 gulley. Gutter pulled away from the weatherguard on roof leaving gap between gutter and roof. Prior to their work this was attached. I now have cascades of water dropping on my front steps. I only realised extent of the damage after I had paid him and he had left. I had also introduced him and recommended him to a neighbour for similar work and spent a great deal of time facilitating his access to her house with his machines.”

Response from PC Com:
Before we begin any job, we always walk around the property with the customer to pinpoint any problems we may have, her house is a tall building which was a challenge. I mentioned that we can clean her gutters but not easy with the front gullies on the roof as its too high and also the runway is too narrow so the chance of getting them clean would be only 30% success, she said to go ahead. We cleaned all her gutters and provided her with before & after photos so she can see that they are all cleaned. While we were cleaning we noticed her front gutters was loose due to rusted nail. We pointed this out to her and said that she needs to fix this as it can come lose any time. So when finished the job, I walked her around her house she was fully happy and paid us. The customer advised a few days later that we had pulled the gutter away, the gutter was in its place when we left. On the rare occasion we get a genuine complaint we will always try and resolve with the customer as we take pride in our work and love to see the customer come back as a client.
