“Booked 1 month before log cabin delivery date. Was given 2 days estimate to complete the job with 2 man. The job started 5 days late, as a result components/parts were warped. During assembly, 1 of the double glazed window was damaged. Phoenix claimed the window simply cracked due to the weather. They dragged the project to 3 days, half finished. We had to assemble windows, gutters, door etc ourselves to keep down the cost. Cabin was not installed parallel with concrete base, poor workmanship. If you want to have sloth-speed, sweet talk builders expert at cutting corners, you got it.”

Response from Phoenix Roofing & Brickwork Specialists:
Our business is based on a reliable and professional service, we deliver a high quality of workmanship. It is unfortunate that we have received such a derogatory feedback, and we’re sorry the customer had a negative experience, all complaints raised were discussed and resolved at that time. Start dates are given in good faith & may change. The preferred start date would have been subject to the delivery of the item to be erected and the concrete base being installed prior to us attending. Due to the this the start date was moved back. We won’t be held responsible for the warped timber products purchased. An estimated cost of two days for the works was agreed as unable to offer a fixed cost without sight of the unit to be erected. The unit appeared to have been damaged in transit and the customer was advised. 80% of the works had been carried out, we offered to complete however, the customer chose to finish themselves. Customer fails to state that the concrete base was installed by another contractor, this was laid significantly out of level, as a result it had consequences in terms of the build time & quality of finish.
