The bathroom renovation was not a straight forward job - we remodelled the entire room - removing the airing cupboard and redesigning the space. We supplied all of the bathroom products including the tiles and co-ordinated the whole job including plumbing, plastering, tiling, joinery, electrical work and waste disposal - including dealing with unforeseen issues (damaged floor and wall from a previous leak) - leaving you only the decorating (as agreed).
The whole job was completed inside the agreed timescale of 7 working days, under budget - for less than the amount quoted and the end result is lovely.
In respect of the bathroom work your scoring and review is both unfair and sadly not a genuine reflection of the work. Rather an attempt to get a discount (after withholding payment for 6 weeks) you agreed there was no justification to request a discount.
