The agent told me that the landlord had undertaken the "professional clean" himself and would not agree to any charges for further cleaning. James and his partner cleaned 5 extremely scuzzy carpets in under 4 hours, removing chewing gum, Blu-tac and various unsightly stains. They vacuumed into all the corners beforehand, moved furniture and even cleaned the dusty skirting boards behind! I would highly recommend James for his courteous service and value for money.”
