“Diagnosed as a fan failure, a repeat from August 31st 2018. Allegedly the initial failure was not connected to the 2nd failure although there was evidence of a long term leak (which was not noticed in August) therefore no warranty provided. Parts took 3 days despite assurance that they were available and would arrive within 2 days. Wrong parts arrived, apparently manufacturer failure. Parts cost >60% increase over online prices for branded new parts. Apparently good communications are only possible in an ideal world. I would not use this company again.”

The customer called the office 31/10/18. We booked for the same day to investigate fault
Found fan U/S found water damage this does void the warranty on part found due to flue leaking. Condense was no sign on initial visit
Ordered parts on same day advised by supplier as past 12 be available on Friday 2nd chased parts did not come in till the Monday all the time kept the customer informed by text. The parts arrived 3-30 collected and fitted the same day.
On parts being fitted found wrong part for flue supplied we called the supplier and was advised the wrong part had been delivered They got new part to us next day. As far as parts being overpriced by 60% compared to online I am aware prices online are cheaper but prefer to use a local supplier as normally find them more efficient and better service as for 60% cheaper if could have site details happy to investigate further and see if this is correct. The whole process from start to finish took four working days.
