“Called to repair a noisy boiler but left me with a boiler that leaked badly if I used it. Was supposed to return the following day but didn't show up and didn't return my calls. Had no choice but to find another plumber to fix it.”

Response from RCJ Plumbing Solutions:
Firstly I’d like to apologise to the customer for any inconvenience caused. It was quite a stressful week as my work load was higher than usual. I did attend this job on the Saturday and throughout the day experienced some problems with the repair, i did arrange to come back on the Sunday and failed to attend as I was exhausted and run down. There is no excuse for not contacting the client to explain the situation, but I was physically not well on that day, I did make contact with the client on the following day Monday, but was advised that he had got some one else in. My track record and feedback do not display this kind of behaviour, so I would like to apologise once again for any inconvenience caused. I am willing to offer the client £40 as a good Will gesture and hope we can put this behind us. No monies were taken from the client for this job but I do understand the inconvenience caused by my lack of communication.
