“We raised concerns regarding the work being carried out in breach of British Standards. However, Steve brushed these aside. When we asked to have someone have a look at the workmanship he became agitated and demanded cash payment in full. This had not been requested in advance and it was a shock to be asked for nearly £3000.00 in cash. Subsequently, the drive has begun to break up, and our garages now flood during heavy rain. The drive is an eyesore. He promised to call back in June and after reminders an operative came, but left after an hour. The majority of problems remain unresolved.”

I was recommended to do works for this customer and i went to the job, priced the work and contacted him with the quote and he agreed to go ahead with the job. The customer has previously told me he had problems with other traders before which worried me. The customer was given a guarantee for the work but the customer still wanted a surveyor and because of this we lost trust. We parted ways and I asked to be paid. Please may I ask my potential customers to see my other great reviews.
