“When it came to putting scaffolding up, they asked me if I could have them both up at the same time. It's inconvenient for them to do it one week later. There was then a delay in them putting up the scaffolding. One scaffolding was OK and the other one my painter complained about as he said it was too high, making it difficult for him to paint. Taking the scaffolding down was stressful, I had paid for one scaffolding and they told me I had to wait till the other one was paid for to take it down (the other one was paid through a managing agent) . The guys were always polite and quote was cheap.”

Response from Safe and Secure Access Ltd:
I quoted for your windows to be changed not for your house to be painted that's why I put 10ft lifts. If you would have told me it was for painting I would have put up scaffolding for a painting job, and we don't take down the scaffolding unless it is paid for, that's why your job was up for a bit longer than you would of liked. You never told me about a management company until I had put the job up, took 4 weeks to pay me which was not agreed, when I quoted I asked if I could put both jobs up on the same day and you said that's was fine didn't think there was an issue.
