“Removal company called on day of move (after 3 months in storage) to say they had accidentally auctioned 3 bikes we owned. £4K worth. Upon unpacking, Further high value items are missing, our possessions damaged. Baby memory box damaged, found contents trampled on. They have reimbursed us for small value items lost or damaged, but we apparently need to wait for them to claim the high value items through their insurance before they will reimburse us. Meanwhile we have no bikes and are out of pocket. Very poor communication and lack of respect for the position they have left us in.”
