“Windows were fine. Quality of fitting was poor. I had to have the workman back to finish the work properly and fix very obvious bodges. To be fair there was no argument. However, they failed to paint the interior of windows with paint I was charged extra for. I agreed to have refund of paint and not ask for repaint. No refund. Called 1 week later to be told that they had changed their mind - but then agreed they should refund. 1 week later no refund. Called again. 1 week later no refund. Called again, assured cheque was in post. 1 week later no refund. That's a £25 refund after £4k of work!”

Did not complete the work in the time frame they gave themselves, then asked me to make a down payment on the final payment even though they have not completed the work going against their own terms and conditions. Made a complaint and was told the guy who said it would call me back! No complaints procedure and one of the insulation strips came off. Was fixed but I wonder how long the quality of this work will last! No integrity with this company.”
