“Plumber came to sort my Nans overflow, said that the ballcock just needed bending to prevent the overflow, explained that this was due the water not running enough. The overflow has started again so my mum rang the plumber who explained that his son was ill and had to get someone else in, he gave my mum his number who then offered to change ballcock for £100. He then said he would not offer a receipt for this work, my mum asked for a receipt and at this point he put the phone down! Rude and unprofessional”

Firstly, we apologise for the customer having this experience. Secondly, we would like to state that our company did not do this job. Karl was in hospital with a severe family emergency and as the customer wanted someone asap, we suggested another plumbing company to help the customer out. We believe in no fix/ no fee, so have refunded the customer the money paid to the other plumbing company and will resolve this matter with that company. We hope that potential customers will see that we live by all our advertised values and ask that they take into account the 750+ reviews over 9 years from other customers.
