“Part was supposed to be changed and it should have a warranty. Barely 3months after repair, same problem was back, went back to complain and asked to be fixed again as it should be under a period of warranty. They refused and said if they’ll have to Check, then I'll need to pay again. I believe the part that was supposed to be replaced wasn’t replaced, but probably repaired. Therefore, fault was back in barely 3months of repair.”

Response from Snodhurst Car Sales & Service Station:
We’re disappointed to receive this review. The customer states that fault re-occurred within 3-months however didn’t report it until after 10 months, 7months out of warranty. The customer states that the part was repaired and not replaced, this is incorrect, we have the original invoice for when we purchased the part for this job, and our supplier can confirm that this part was not returned to them as it is a non-refundable. Despite the fact that the job in question carries a 3-month warranty (which would have expired in march 2018) we did offer to help the customer if it was the original part that had failed, however we said that if it was another part then this repair would be chargeable. The customer then chose to threaten to leave bad feedback unless we carried out a free repair, regardless of what the fault was, which we rightly refused. The customer informed us that he had been to another repairer, who stated that the job hadn’t been done properly. We checked this, and the company confirmed that they have no record of the customer, or his vehicle on their system. Please read our other reviews for reflection on our workmanship.
