“Was not explained how to use the blinds correctly, far too heavy for elderly people but the thing that I was most dissatisfied with was the way he spoke to me, I found it very rude and upsetting, above all totally unesscesary as I had always been courteous and polite to him.”

I am sorry to hear that this customer was dissatisfied with the service she had received. I would like to assure her that at no point was I rude or did I mean to come across as rude and am disappointed that she felt like this.
The customer advised me that she was struggling to use the blinds, and I went out on several occasions to her property to show her how to use them. I feel that the customer was looking for reasons to change her blinds as she did not like them, however as they were not faulty I was not able to do this for her.
As the customer has specified no further contact from me, I am unable to assist further. I would like to request for any future consumers to please read all of my other reviews for an accurate account of the high level of customer service I provide and the high standard and quality of my work.
