“Except the electrician and roofer whose work was done to high standard everything else was defective. We were forced to hire a surveyor to examine the extent of defects and unfinished work. Mr Cole demanded up front payment every week irrespective of the amount of work carried out. He took 98% of the money and left us with a cost to rectify and finish the work. The plumbing was a total disaster, flooded our house twice, not to mention messy work, leaks, damage to our chandelier etc. He showed no concern and disappeared. In short, dishonest and irresponsible, avoid Mr Cole by all cost.”

Response from TPS INSTALLATIONS LTD:
We are a very courteous company, we arrive at 8am every day, and our workmanship and tidiness are paramount. All materials we used within the construction were from a major building supplier. All the construction work has been overseen by the building inspector with no issues. All other materials (interior fit out) were supplied by the customer not us.The customer supplied us with drawings that were not passed by planning and only on my insistence supplied passed plans once we were two weeks into the build. She then proceeded to change an aspect of the build every day, some things more than once. Repeatedly, believing she was above planning permission and could evolve her build as she wished along the way, not as the permission granted. (Many a word was had) Numerous problems with the interior fit out arose using customer supplied goods as nothing fitted as planned, leading us to try and make it work. The customer is a victim of her own appalling planning and poorly researched and inferior goods supplied. We have 15 years of building practice with hundreds of satisfied customers. We have offered to complete the works but the customer has not responded.
