We would like to thank the customer for leaving feedback although disappointed by the comments given. Unfortunately, I was unaware of any issues throughout or once the job was completed. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and if I knew of any issues this would have been resolved straight away. I have now been asked by this customer’s neighbour to complete similar work as they were very happy with my approach and the finished job on this customer property. I take a lot of pride in my work and will do everything possible to make my customers happy. I can only apologise to this customer for any inconvenience I may have caused whilst completely the job.
