I have worked in the glazing industry for many years and decided to take the plunge and create my own identity in 2018 after working for various companies, seeing their flaws and how they treat their customers.
I wanted to take a different approach with no pressure sales techniques in an environment where the customer feels at ease with me being in their home. I am trusted by Certass and recommended by Checkatrade within the window industry.
My advertising source is customer recommendations. I take pride in my work and get a sense of achievement out of the positive responses from my customers. I will not leave a job until the customer is completely happy with the outcome and feels happy with the way that I respected them and their property. I start a job and finish the project before I move onto the next one. I have no expensive overheads meaning each job is started and finished promptly.
I see the projects through from first meeting to installation. Working in the industry for so long I know all aspects of glazing but I am not a conventional salesman with commission driven agendas.
I use local suppliers and manufacturers and take a great deal of pride in my work.
Any specification or design can be fulfilled to meet the customers needs, whether this is a composite door or a modern glass lantern for an extension.
