“THT cost 20% more than others but seemed professional and to have included for everything. Apparently didn’t receive my email where I tried to clarify details of quote but I should have followed up on this. Mud was trodden in my carpets and the quality of the much of the works was very poor. I am a construction project manager and would never try to handover the works in the condition THT did. Chipped tiles, dreadful silicone, plastering so un level even after a return visit I have used over a litre of filler. THT did attempt to correct and improved but I have asked THT not to return anymore.”

Response from THT Ltd:
We would very much like to address some points raised. We received an email from the customer at the quote stage with some questions to which we replied then discussed the project in person again at their planning meeting prior to the work starting. After this he claimed to have unanswered questions which left us confused, Yes tile quality was jeopardised when the customer decorated their bathroom mid project after being left written instruction not to walk on the tiles which were drying. We had to rip up and re tile the floor, for which he refused any additional charges. There was no mention after the 2nd visit from our plasterer that the customer was still not happy. We have daily sign off forms from the customer which state they were happy the working area was left clean and tidy each day. We also have a final project sign off form which states “customer happy work complete” signed by him. The customer paid the bill in full on time. At no point did he ask us not to return Hopefully its clear alongside our other feedback that this does not give an accurate reflection of our company.
